Lead the creative task and working along with the Project Owner and a UX Designer.
Testing and Q&A the prototype to ensure the user perception was improved.
Understand the pain points when the user is on the product page.
Hypothesis: We expect to improve the user journey by introducing a quick confirmation that the product was added to the bag. This confirmation will improve not only the journey but it will reduce the abandoned basket and will increase conversion by 2.1Million.
After getting the approval from the P.O. we decided to test the prototype VS live on an MVT test.
We still have the option live after 6 months and the changes were validated, we tracked an increase of users
landing on My Bag and a conversion uplift after 2 weeks.
